Drivers Under Age 18
If you are under age 18, all the above information for drivers under 21 applies except for one thing. Where it takes a

Other License Suspension Offenses
If you purchase alcohol, misrepresent your age to obtain alcohol, or use a fake ID to obtain alcohol, your driver's license will be suspended. For a first offense the suspension time is six months and a second offense is twelve months.
