Penalties for a First Offense
One to twenty years in prison and up to $20,000 fine.
Penalties for a Second or Subsequent Offense
Not less than five nor more than forty years in prison and up to
$40,000 fine.

Note that any prison time imposed for either of these offenses MUST
be served consecutive to (following) any other sentence imposed.
